Sandesh Dhoble
Operational Excellence

Sandesh Dhoble (born 14-11-1974) is a serial entrepreneur and chef and although originally from Mumbai he has more than adopted Pune. Well known in the business, Sandesh is an ambitious thought leader, with motivation. His stated intention is to be amongst the top 5 in the International Hotel and Restaurant business.

Innovative Excellence

Sandesh graduated in Hotel Management from Dadar Catering, Mumbai in 1998 and then completed his Masters in Business Administration from Pune University. He has worked with Holiday Inn, Pune; Bawa International, Mumbai and Oriental Caterers, Mumbai. He completed a course from Le cordon bleu, London, one of the famous culinary institutes. The course was about pastry and cuisine. His interests include reading, cricket (that's a given for most Indians!!), cinema and taking a cue from Aaroona, he claims he is discovering newer interests.

Aaroona Dhoble
Operational Excellence

Aaroona Dhoble (born 8-10-1980) is a well known entrepreneur in Pune, known for her interest in food. In 2001, Aaroona completed her Hotel Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. She is also proficient in French and holds a Diploma in French. She has traveled extensively and as part of her training she worked with the Vatel Institute, France.

She has also worked extensively in world renowned Indian hotel like The Oberois, Mumbai; Taj Group - Lands End, Mumbai; Le Meridien, Pune and also with Taj Air Caterers, Delhi. Some of her other interests are traveling, trekking, music and skating. She insists that she is still discovering interests that catch her fancy!
